At Templar we know we provide an important service to our clients. During this pandemic and time of uncertainty our focus is on the safety of our clients and staff. Below is our new process to help our clients and protect everyone involved.
Our initial discussion will be over the phone to understand your needs and to find out information about your house.
Instead of coming to your house we can do a virtual walk-thru of your house with your smartphone, tablet or computer
Once we participate in the virtual walk-thru we will submit an offer along with when you want to close.
Acceptance of Offer
If the offer is accepted your attorney or yourself can send us a photo of the signed contract.
On the day of closing we can use a mobile notary and all documents can be signed through your computer.
Payment of Funds
Once all contracts are signed you will be wired the funds from the sale of your house into your checking or savings account.
* Depending on the house and circumstances a modification of these steps might be necessary.
